I Am Positive Affirmation

I am full of optimism and hope Daily.

I expect to be successful in all that I do in life.

I set challenging and realistic goals that motivate me to keep moving forward.

I allow myself to dream big and aim high.

Thinking boldly helps me to accomplish so much more.

I focus on solutions.

I view challenging situations as opportunities to learn and grow in a positive way.

I am always developing and implementing healthy habits.

Keeping my mind and body strong gives me the energy and resources I must have to stay active and engaged daily.

I eat a balanced and nutritious diet daily.

I go to bed and wake up early feeling refreshed.

I exercise regularly giving my body healthy movement daily.

I remind myself that setbacks are temporary.

When something or someone falls away in my life and I feel lost, I realize that space was just being created for something new or someone new to come into my life and I am open to receiving this newness.

Life is full of ups and downs. Life happens for me.

I remember my purpose and continue to pursue my goals in life.

I know that, with consistent work and determination, I can turn things around.

I choose to be happy.

When I lose my car keys, or my cat coughs up a hairball on my favorite rug and things just seem to fall apart, I know I can choose to still be joyful.

I am in charge of my outlook on life.

I keep a gratitude journal. Writing about my blessings helps me to be content with what I have.

I am feeding my mind with encouraging affirmations daily.

I repeat uplifting statements to myself and contemplate their meaning.

I am aware of myself talk and speak love into my life.

I assist others. Taking the focus off myself makes me happier and more fulfilled in life.

Today and every day I look on the bright side of life’s challenges. I have confidence in myself and my ability to handle anything that comes my way. I feel excited about my life.
